  • Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

    • At Charm City Wicks, we are dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. For refunds, exchanges, and returns, you have 7 days from the USPS delivery date to take advantage of our policy.

  • Exchanges

    • We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged upon arrival.

  • Returns/Refunds

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please notify us if the item arrived damaged.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow adequate time for your bank to process the refund.

      • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. USPS Priority Mail is recommended.
